Don’t lose your Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) among junk mail, catalogues and bills!
Lighten your mail load, save trees and eliminate the need for filing and shredding with electronic EOBs.

Delta Dental of Illinois is now offering online access to EOBs through the secure Subscriber Connection
portal on our website. Electronic EOBs not only conserve paper, but also help ensure that you and your
dependents’ important dental benefits information is secure and easy to locate when you need it.

Registration is quick and easy. Log in to the secure Subscriber Connection on our website, (if you’re not
registered, register today), and click the link to sign up to receive online EOBs. Then, just enter your
email address. Once registered, you’ll receive email updates when EOBs are available for viewing.
