Delta Dental of Illinois System Upgrade, Temporary Claim Holds & Portal Limitations
To ensure data integrity as we upgrade our system, this portal is read-only beginning May 18 through June 2. You cannot register, make eligibility updates online or update your password. Once the new employer portal is live on June 3, group administrators can register and registered super users will again be able to make eligibility updates. Please note, active super user accounts are only being migrated as part of our system upgrade, and they will receive a username and temporary password once our new portal launches on June 3. Claims Processing Update
Claims received on or after May 9 will be temporarily held and will be released for processing once the new system is live on June 3. Claim processing times may continue to be longer than usual during June as we work through claims received during this transition. We appreciate your patience as we make these improvements.
