Community Grants Application Process Timeline
Application Deadline: October 1st, 2012 by 5:00 p.m.

Community Grants Program Review Process: October-November 2012.
Site visits may be scheduled during this time period.

Grants to be Awarded: November/December 2012

Save the Date: All applicants should hold November 29th, 2012 in their calendars. Grant recipients will be invited to attend a Community Grants Reception Meet and Greet at the Delta Dental of Illinois headquarters. Time to be determined.

Progress Report due with following year’s application if applying.

Final Report: March 2014
